١القبول والتعريفات

تُعدّ هذه الشروط اتفاقًا ملزمًا بينك وبين أكاديمية القدرات (GAT Academy). وبإنشائك حسابًا أو استخدامك المنصة فإنك توافق عليها وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. فإن لم توافق عليها، فنرجو عدم استخدام المنصة.

وفي تطبيق هذه الشروط، يُقصد بالألفاظ الآتية المعاني المبيّنة أمام كل منها:

• المنصة: موقع أكاديمية القدرات gat.academy وتطبيقه وما يقدّمانه من خدمات ومحتوى.
• نحن: أكاديمية القدرات (GAT Academy).
• أنت أو المستخدم: كل من ينشئ حسابًا في المنصة أو يستخدمها، ويشمل ذلك وليّ أمر الطالب حيثما ورد ذكره.
• الخطة المدفوعة: اشتراك مقابل مبلغ يتيح مزايا إضافية لمدة محددة.

٢الخدمة

أكاديمية القدرات منصة إلكترونية للتحضير لاختبار القدرات العامة، باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية، تُدار من المملكة العربية السعودية. وتقدّم أسئلة تدريبية، وشروحات متحركة مسموعة، وبطاقات مراجعة، ونماذج محاكية، أعدّتها المنصة لتدريب الطالب على أنماط أسئلة الاختبار. وقد نطوّر المنصة ونحدّث محتواها من وقت لآخر.

٣الاستقلالية وطبيعة المحتوى

أكاديمية القدرات منصة تعليمية مستقلة، غير تابعة لهيئة تقويم التعليم والتدريب ولا للمركز الوطني للقياس (قياس)، ولا تمثّلهما ولا تتحدث باسمهما.

الأسئلة والنماذج المتاحة في المنصة من إعدادنا، وليست أسئلة رسمية، ولا تُعدّ تسريبًا لأسئلة الاختبار أو نقلًا عنها. ولمعرفة المعلومات الرسمية عن الاختبار ومواعيده وشروط التسجيل فيه، يُرجى الرجوع إلى القنوات الرسمية لهيئة تقويم التعليم والتدريب.

٤لا ضمان لدرجة محددة

تهدف المنصة إلى مساعدتك على الاستعداد الجيد، لكننا لا نضمن حصولك على درجة معينة في الاختبار؛ إذ تتوقف النتيجة على عوامل كثيرة، منها جهدك والتزامك بالتدريب. وما تعرضه المنصة من تقديرات للمستوى أو للدرجة المتوقعة هو للاسترشاد فحسب.

٥الأهلية والطلاب دون ١٨ عامًا

المنصة موجّهة أساسًا لطلاب المرحلة الثانوية، وكثير منهم دون الثامنة عشرة. وينبغي لمن هم دون هذه السن استخدام المنصة بعلم وليّ الأمر وموافقته، ويقبل وليّ الأمر هذه الشروط نيابةً عن الطالب، ويتولى الإشراف على استخدامه للمنصة وعلى أي عملية دفع تتم من خلالها.

٦الحساب

• تُنشئ حسابك بالبريد الإلكتروني وكلمة مرور، وسيُتاح قريبًا تسجيل الدخول عبر Google أو Facebook.
• تلتزم بتقديم بيانات صحيحة، والحفاظ على سرية كلمة المرور، وتتحمل مسؤولية ما يجري عبر حسابك.
• الحساب شخصي لطالب واحد، ولا يجوز مشاركته أو إتاحته لغيرك أو بيعه أو نقله.
• إذا اشتبهت في استخدام حسابك دون إذنك، فبادر بتغيير كلمة المرور ومراسلتنا على info@gat.academy.

٧الخطط والأسعار والدفع

• الخطة المجانية متاحة بصفة دائمة.
• الخطط المدفوعة لمدة محددة، كشهر أو ثلاثة أشهر، وتُعرض أسعارها في صفحة الأسعار بالريال السعودي. ويسري على كل عملية السعر المعروض وقت إتمامها.
• تُعالَج المدفوعات عبر Tap Payments باستخدام مدى، أو Apple Pay، أو STC Pay، أو بطاقات Visa وMastercard. ولا نستلم أرقام البطاقات ولا نخزّنها، ونحتفظ بسجل للعملية يتضمن المبلغ والخطة وحالة الدفع والرقم المرجعي لدى Tap وتواريخها.

٨مدة الاشتراك والتجديد

لا يوجد تجديد تلقائي. فالخطة المدفوعة دفعة واحدة مقابل مدة محددة، ولن نخصم منك أي مبلغ دون أن تدفعه بنفسك.

تنتهي مزايا الخطة المدفوعة بانتهاء مدتها، ويبقى حسابك متاحًا على الخطة المجانية. وإذا جدّدت اشتراكك قبل انتهائه، تُضاف المدة الجديدة ابتداءً من تاريخ انتهاء المدة الحالية، فلا تفقد أي يوم مدفوع.

٩أكواد الخصم

قد نتيح أكواد خصم من وقت لآخر، ويُطبَّق الخصم على السعر وفق ما يظهر لك قبل إتمام الدفع. وفي حال الاسترداد، يُعاد المبلغ المدفوع فعليًا بعد الخصم.

١٠سياسة الاسترداد

يحق لك استرداد كامل المبلغ إذا طلبت ذلك خلال مدة الاسترداد المعلنة في صفحة الأسعار، وهي حاليًا ٧ أيام من تاريخ الشراء.

1. أرسل طلب الاسترداد إلى info@gat.academy من البريد المسجّل في حسابك.
2. يُعاد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية عبر Tap Payments، وقد تختلف مدة ظهوره في حسابك بحسب البنك أو مزوّد وسيلة الدفع.
3. تنتهي مزايا الخطة المدفوعة بإتمام الاسترداد، ويبقى حسابك على الخطة المجانية.

١١الملكية الفكرية

جميع محتوى المنصة، بما فيه الأسئلة والشروحات والتسجيلات الصوتية والرسوم والبطاقات والنماذج والتصميم، مملوك لأكاديمية القدرات ومحمي بموجب أنظمة حماية حقوق المؤلف. ونمنحك ترخيصًا محدودًا وشخصيًا وغير قابل للنقل لاستخدام هذا المحتوى لأغراض التعلّم الشخصي وغير التجاري فقط، طوال مدة استخدامك المنصة.

١٢الاستخدام المقبول

عند استخدامك المنصة، لا يجوز لك:

• نسخ المحتوى أو إعادة نشره أو توزيعه أو بيعه، كليًا أو جزئيًا، بأي وسيلة.
• استخراج المحتوى آليًا (Scraping) أو استخدام برامج أو أدوات آلية لجمعه أو تنزيله.
• مشاركة حسابك أو بيانات دخولك مع غيرك.
• محاولة اختراق المنصة أو تعطيلها، أو الوصول إلى بيانات لا تخصك.

١٣حذف الحساب وإيقافه

تستطيع حذف حسابك في أي وقت من نافذة الحساب داخل المنصة، ويؤدي ذلك إلى حذف الحساب والتقدم المُزامَن معه، على النحو المبيّن في سياسة الخصوصية. ويجوز لنا إيقاف أي حساب يخالف البندين ٦ و١٢ أو إنهاؤه.

١٤حدود المسؤولية

نبذل عناية معقولة في إعداد المحتوى وتشغيل المنصة، لكننا نقدّمها على حالتها، ولا نضمن خلوها من الأخطاء أو استمرار عملها دون انقطاع. وفي الحدود التي تجيزها الأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية، لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن الأضرار غير المباشرة الناتجة عن استخدام المنصة، ولا عن نتيجتك في الاختبار. ولا يخلّ ذلك بأي حق يمنحه لك النظام ولا يجوز الاتفاق على خلافه.

١٥الخصوصية

نتعامل مع بياناتك الشخصية وفق سياسة الخصوصية ونظام حماية البيانات الشخصية. ونجمع الحد الأدنى من البيانات، ولا نبيعها، ولا نستخدم أدوات تتبّع إعلانية.

١٦التعديلات على الشروط

قد نعدّل هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، ونُثبت تاريخ آخر تحديث في أعلى الصفحة. وعند إجراء أي تعديل جوهري نُشعرك به عبر المنصة أو بالبريد الإلكتروني. واستمرارك في استخدام المنصة بعد نفاذ التعديل يعني موافقتك عليه.

١٧النظام الواجب التطبيق والاختصاص

تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية وتُفسَّر وفقًا لها، بما في ذلك نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية. ويسعدنا أن نحل أي خلاف وديًا عبر مراسلتنا أولًا، فإن تعذّر ذلك فتختص المحاكم المختصة في المملكة العربية السعودية بالفصل فيه.

1Acceptance and definitions

These terms are a binding agreement between you and GAT Academy (أكاديمية القدرات). By creating an account or using the platform, you accept them and our Privacy Policy. If you don't accept them, please don't use the platform.

In these terms:

• "Platform" means the GAT Academy website and app at gat.academy, with the services and content they provide.
• "We" or "us" means GAT Academy (أكاديمية القدرات).
• "You" or "user" means anyone who creates an account on or uses the platform, including a student's parent or guardian where they are mentioned.
• "Paid plan" means a paid subscription that unlocks extra features for a fixed period.

2The service

GAT Academy is an online platform for preparing for the Saudi General Aptitude Test (GAT), in Arabic and English, run from Saudi Arabia. It offers practice questions, animated and narrated explainers, flashcards and model tests that we have prepared to train students on the test's question patterns. We may develop the platform and update its content from time to time.

3Independence and our content

GAT Academy is an independent learning platform. It is not affiliated with the Education & Training Evaluation Commission (ETEC) or the National Center for Assessment (Qiyas), and does not represent or speak for them.

The questions and model tests on the platform are written by us. They are not official questions and are not leaked from or copied from the test. For official information about the test, its dates and registration, please refer to the Commission's official channels.

4No guaranteed score

The platform is designed to help you prepare well, but we do not guarantee any particular score on the test. Your result depends on many factors, including your own effort and practice. Any level estimate or predicted score shown on the platform is a guide only.

5Eligibility and students under 18

The platform is mainly for high-school students, and many of them are under 18. Students under 18 should use the platform with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian. The parent or guardian accepts these terms on the student's behalf and oversees the student's use of the platform and any payment made through it.

6Your account

• You sign up with an email address and a password. Sign-in with Google or Facebook is coming soon.
• You agree to give accurate information and keep your password confidential, and you are responsible for activity on your account.
• An account is personal to one student. You may not share it, let others use it, sell it or transfer it.
• If you think someone has used your account without permission, change your password and email us at info@gat.academy.

7Plans, prices and payment

• The free plan is available permanently.
• Paid plans cover a fixed period, such as one month or three months. Prices are shown in Saudi riyals on the pricing page, and each purchase is charged at the price shown when you complete it.
• Payments are processed by Tap Payments using mada, Apple Pay, STC Pay, Visa or Mastercard. We never receive or store card numbers. We keep a record of each payment: the amount, plan, status, Tap reference and dates.

8Subscription period and renewal

There is no automatic renewal. A paid plan is a single payment for a fixed period, and we will never charge you anything you didn't pay yourself.

Paid features end when the period ends, and your account stays available on the free plan. If you renew before your plan ends, the new period starts from the end of the current one, so you don't lose any paid days.

9Discount codes

We may offer discount codes from time to time. A discount is applied to the price as shown to you before you pay. If you are refunded, you get back the amount you actually paid after the discount.

10Refunds

You can get a full refund if you ask within the refund period shown on the pricing page, currently 7 days from the date of purchase.

1. Email your refund request to info@gat.academy from the address registered on your account.
2. The money goes back to your original payment method through Tap Payments. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
3. Paid features end once the refund is made, and your account stays on the free plan.

11Intellectual property

All content on the platform, including questions, explainers, narration, graphics, flashcards, model tests and design, belongs to GAT Academy and is protected by copyright law. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own non-commercial learning while you use the platform.

12Acceptable use

When using the platform, you must not:

• copy, republish, distribute or sell any of the content, in whole or in part, by any means;
• scrape the content or use automated software or tools to collect or download it;
• share your account or sign-in details with anyone else;
• try to break into or disrupt the platform, or access data that isn't yours.

13Deleting or suspending an account

You can delete your account at any time from the account window in the platform. This deletes the account and the progress synced to it, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaks sections 6 or 12.

14Limitation of liability

We take reasonable care in preparing the content and running the platform, but we provide it as it is and cannot promise that it will be error-free or always available. To the extent permitted by the laws of Saudi Arabia, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the platform, or for your result on the test. Nothing here limits any right the law gives you that cannot be excluded by agreement.

15Privacy

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Law. We collect the minimum, we don't sell it, and we use no advertising trackers.

16Changes to these terms

We may change these terms from time to time and will show the date of the latest update at the top of this page. If we make a material change, we will let you know through the platform or by email. If you keep using the platform after a change takes effect, you accept it.

17Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Personal Data Protection Law. We'd like to settle any disagreement amicably, so please contact us first. If that isn't possible, the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have jurisdiction.
